Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using services by RoxyLocks. By using RoxyLocks you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please refrain from using RoxyLocks.
A copy of these terms and conditions will be signed by you at your consultation. A copy will be left with you and another will be filed securely by RoxyLocks.

 

  • If you have any concerns regarding your extensions, contact must be made within 5 days of installation and a free 45 minute appointmentwill be offered. This appointment will not be free if correct aftercare, including products has not been used.
  • If a client decides to cancel an appointment, a cancellation notice period of 24 hours is required. Cancellation or rescheduling inside of this time will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment for fitting/maintenance/refitting being added to your next appointment and/or extension hair being held.
  • Any client who wishes to cancel a fitting before the 24 hour notice period may collect their hair from me at their own convenience.
  • Any appointment required after 5 days will be chargeable for labour.
  • If a client decides to go ahead with a fitting, the hair is ordered especially for that individual client; therefore a deposit is required upon booking to cover this cost. (See pricing for deposits)
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Correct aftercare products are available for purchase, these products are the only products recommended for your Indian Remy hair. If the client decides not to purchase these products, RoxyLocks does not take responsibility for the subsequent condition of your extensions.
  • RoxyLocks does not offer payment plans or finance. Payments are to be made in full on the day of your appointment.
  • RoxyLocks are not responsible for reminding clients of appointments or necessary maintenance.
  • RoxyLocks is a mobile service in and around Sussex; any appointments outside of this are possible but will be at an additional charge.
  • Final balance of services is payable on the day of fitting.
  • RoxyLocks is providing a service by way of labour time, not a refundable product, once the installation has taken place no refunds for labour time will be issued.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
